About our charity
Age Concern Somerset works with and for older people in Somerset and North Somerset. We aim to promote the well-being of all older people, and to help make later life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience. We are independent and autonomous. All the money we raise is spent within the county and many of our services are free and operate throughout the county.
